REPORT ON CYNTHIA PHILLIPS CONDITION FOR HER FRIENDS AND FANS Cynthia has asked me to let y'all know that her time on this earth is about over. The year and 1/2 cancer battle has taken over and the pain is unbearable so she made the decision to stop the cancer treatments several weeks ago.
